Our simulation day is set up just as a Hyrox race would be, with full length runs and stations with open or pro weights, so you can get a feel for it for the first time or you can use it to refine your race strategy and pacing.

Our program was written by our Hyrox certified coaches who regularly compete in Hyrox events at a high level, including top 20 finishes, an age group winner and World Championship qualifier.

HYROX STRENGTH PROGRAM 

that ensures you'll have the muscular strength and endurance to complete the Hyrox strength stations with relative ease. Our strength program will have you physically and mentally prepared so you enter your race confident you're ready.

 

HYROX RUNNING PROGRAM

is at the core of all our plans as a Hyrox race is over 50% running. The better you run, the easier your race will be and the faster your time. Our programs meet you at your level and are planned precisely according to your current running ability.

ensures that your body has the proper fuel for training and race day so you can perform your best. It's an area that is often overlooked, but makes a huge difference to your performance, not only on race day, but to ensure you get the most from your training.

Our Hyrox equipped facility

Having the right equipment and space to train for Hyrox is essential and our set up is made for it. With 4 x 20m sled track lanes, sleds, sled ropes, wall ball targets, Concept 2 Skiergs and Rowers plus 2 x 20m lengths of open gym floor for broad jump burpees and walking lunges, our training space could not be better equipped for Hyrox specific training

Our coaches have not only competed in Hyrox races and continue to do so, but are also Hyrox accredited. The combination of this personal racing experience and Hyrox specific training means that they are able to use their in depth knowledge of sports science, planning, periodisation and nutrition to help you peak on race day..

That's right, as an Official Hyrox affiliate gym, our members get access to not only discounted race entry tickets, but also access before everyone else. As Hyrox continues to grow, so does the demand for tickets, but with priority access we can ensure that you don't miss out and are able to plan your training year knowing when you're going to race.
