Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our Speak & Share Bootcamp on Saturday 21st April at 8.30am. It's suitable for all fitness levels and all proceeds from your ticket will be raising money and awareness for Speak & Share who are a Not For Profit Mental Health Organisation who encourage the tough conversations and challenge the stigma associated with mental health.
Here's all you need to know about the day:
- Arrive 15 minutes before your session so we can sign you in & show you around
- You'll need to bring your drink bottle & sweat towel, we'll take care of the rest
- We're located at 46 Watt Road, Mornington. You can park in our carpark or up on the nature strip on either side of the road.
- If you have any injuries you can let us know beforehand or chat to our coaches when you arrive
It'll be a good fun workout raising money for a great cause so we can't thank you enough for taking part and helping spread the word the importance of mental health.
